Goodbye to Habit

Sad news.....Habit is closing its doors after 5 years in Chicago, Il. The economy and rising cost of rent has taken its toll, and they have decided to go out of business. I will be searching for a new boutique in Chicago so I'll keep you all updated so you'll know where to find them! The handbags sold really well, and I hope to continue my success in the area at a new location.

Busy, Busy....

Hey Everyone! It's been a while since I last updated, but I have been busy keeping up with orders and contacting boutiques! Also, fall is right around the corner so I have been shopping around for some new fabrics. I'll post those soon. In the meantime.....I designed a simple tote for my mom, and thought you might all be interested as well.

I absolutely love this size! As a mom, I know how our stylish handbags can quickly get pushed aside for more practical ( less hip) bag to fit all our goodies!! I also wanted to post this really cool charm necklace I made for a custom order.....this was ordered for a new mommy!! The "G" is for her son's first initial, and the green is his birthstone :)
