Wow- I've been super busy getting ready for St. Louis Fashion week, weddings, and many other events!! Also, I have added some new fabrics for those that are looking for some really bright, fun summer prints :) If you are anything like me, I love to make a statement with my accessories...and these are sure to do the trick. Oh- and my new website is coming soon!!! I am so excited to make my clutches available in my new shop and to start a new blog.

I'll start my new blog out from the beginning....the beginning of Red Doors by Jessie Marie! You'll get insight into my thoughts on accessories, fabrics, and my love fashion!!! After all, Red Doors by Jessie Marie clutches are for the girl that wants to have fun, make a statement with color, and bring out that unique personality that is dying to come out!

This green, blue, and yellow combo is awesome, and the purple/navy combo is super cute!! They both go really well with jeans for the night out :)

Goodbye to Habit

Sad news.....Habit is closing its doors after 5 years in Chicago, Il. The economy and rising cost of rent has taken its toll, and they have decided to go out of business. I will be searching for a new boutique in Chicago so I'll keep you all updated so you'll know where to find them! The handbags sold really well, and I hope to continue my success in the area at a new location.

Hey Everyone! It's been a while since I last updated, but I have been busy keeping up with orders and contacting boutiques! Also, fall is right around the corner so I have been shopping around for some new fabrics. I'll post those soon. In the meantime.....I designed a simple tote for my mom, and thought you might all be interested as well.

I absolutely love this size! As a mom, I know how our stylish handbags can quickly get pushed aside for more practical ( less hip) bag to fit all our goodies!! Well, now you can rock a really cute tote that will fit all your needs! All the same fabric options for the clutch are also available for the tote. $43

I also wanted to post this really cool charm necklace I made for a custom order.....this was ordered for a new mommy!! The "G" is for her son's first initial, and the green is his birthstone :)

Here are some new fabric swatches! I am currently working on a

carry-all bag with the brown/blue/purple flower fabric. The interior will be the pink polka dot. I am in love with these fabrics! The pictures really don't even do them justice! The bird fabric is also gorgeous. I am making a custom diaper bag with this pattern, but would look amazing on any type of bag. I will be working on some new designs for the new year, and I would be happy to take on any custom work you have in mind!

This handbag is super funky and fun! The fabric is really high quality (cotton sateen), as well as, the large bobble kiss frame in Antique Bronze. The dimensions are 8.5 x 5 inches. You can't believe how much you can stuff into this clutch! Cell phones, sunglasses, keys, etc. all fit! This is a truly unique handbag......and you won't find it anywhere else!
